Grease - Congratulations to Cast and Crew
A huge congratulations to all the cast and crew for our school production of Grease in December 2018.
"I was so proud of the whole cast after we finished"
For our 2018 school production we did Grease. It was an amazing experience to be part of and really helped us to understand the behind-the-scenes of theatre (as well as being in the show itself). I played Cha Cha who had to dance with Danny Zuko (who was played by a Year 11 student called Jay). At first it was a little bit awkward as we didn't know each other but then it got easier the more times we practised. I was so proud of the whole cast after we finished and am now sad we have to wait until the Summer to start out next one!

"It is one of the best things I have done"
I was a dancer in our latest production of Grease. It was our best show yet and I am really proud of the cast and crew for putting on such a great show. It is one of the best things I have done since coming to Harris Academy Rainham.

Brady Primary School
Children from nearby Brady Primary School, some of whom will be joining us in Year 7 in September, also came to watch the performance. Here's what they said:
- "I really enjoyed the performance. I can't wait to join in next year."
- "I could tell that the performers had put a lot of hard work into it. It was great to watch."
- "I thought the production was really good - the musicians were excellent."
