Meet Our New Student Leaders for 2019-20
A message from our student leadership team - Eliot, Olivia, Melissa, Hayden, Amila, Matthew, Angela, William, Keira, Jack, Connor, Bethany, Morgan, Tommy, Leah and Neda.
We are proud and excited to inform you that we are the Harris Academy Rainham student leadership team. We are committed to working together, supporting each other in all that we do and representing the student body as role models.
Through working together and communicating with different students and teachers, we are constantly thinking of new ways to increase the students' enjoyment and experience of coming to school at Harris Academy Rainham.
We want every student to fully believe that school is part of their extended family and that we all have a place here, regardless of our individualities and personal ambitions.
Not only are we preparing for our GCSEs, but we have already come to make changes within the school to make it more environmentally-friendly, through replacing plastic cups with paper cones and introducing recycling bins in every classroom.
We are currently working on providing younger students with a safe space and key skills to flourish through making friends and feeling comfortable within the school environment.
These are just a few of the things we have already accomplished and we are excited to update you on our changes and accomplishments in the near future. Throughout the year we will be representing the school on several occasions and working to make the school the best it could possibly be for every single member within our school's society and family.
Our aims are to make every student feel like they can BELONG, BELIEVE and BECOME within the school environment; we really are proud of our ethos here at Harris Academy Rainham and do our best to show this in all that we do.
We are Eliot, Olivia, Melissa, Hayden, Amila, Matthew, Angela, William, Keira, Jack, Connor, Bethany, Morgan, Neda, Tommy and Leah and we are here to make your school the best it could possibly be with help from our committed and supportive teachers and staff.
