Academy Gains Investors in People Award
We’re proud to have received the Investors in People Award, given to organisations that achieve an excellent standard for management and leadership.
The auditors noted many strengths at the school including our leadership and the proven capacity to improve. The academy’s “ambition and capacity to improve is not in doubt," the report concluded, adding that the school welcomed the "opportunity to innovate and create excellent services in the face of increasing reputation.”
The report was based on an online survey of staff and one-to-one interviews too. It is the first time the academy has sought to gain this prestigious award.
“We’re delighted to receive this acknowledgement of the importance we place on our staff and would like to thank everyone who took part in the process,” said Principal Gareth Stananought.
